I am convinced that we need to turn the very serious business of flushing the unsinkable turd (to borrow a metaphor from Mungo MacCallum) into a fun activity.
Let’s enjoy this election the way some of us did in 1972. The power of the Web and video in particular are the way to go. However, it essential that the power is in the message not just the medium. Howard seems to be losing the younger generation if polls are to be believed.

I don’t have to wonder about the political leanings of the media/advertising industry – they are overwhelmingly tilted to the Left.
Of course, as elections and referenda have demonstrated over the past decade, the media elites’ political positions aren’t necessarily consistent with those of thhe general public.
